paired with Gold Rush- Bourbon, lemon juice and honey

Second Course

Autumn salad with apple and pecans

paired with Blackberry Sage Smash-Bourbon, blackberries, sage, simple syrup, lemon juice and soda

Third Course

Smoked brisket, gouda bacon mac and cheese, and grilled corn

paired with Cider and Maple Rye Old Fashioned - Rye, maple syrup, apple cider, orange bitters

Fourth Course

Bourbon Creme Brulee

paired with Bourbon Milk Punch- Bourbon, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg
