Course 1: Pesto Deviled Eggs - Traditional Deviled Egg, Crispy Pancetta, Sweet Pickle Relish, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Micro Arugula; paired with Whiskey Acres Vodka Martini - Whiskey Acres Farm Crafted Vodka, Served Up And Garnished With Bleu Cheese Olives.
Course 2: Chilled Hamachi Crudo - Shaved Fennel, Micro Celery, Sweet Chili Vinaigrette, Crispy Garlic Thread; paired with Whiskey Sour - Whiskey Acres Rye Whiskey, Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup.
Course 3: Grilled Shrimp and Sausage - Spicy Shrimp, Provolone Italian Sausage, Roasted Bell Pepper and Sweet Corn Risotto; paired with Barn Door - Whiskey Acres Rye Whiskey, Grenadine, Ginger Ale and Three Dashes of Orange Bitters.
Course 4: Beef Cheeks en Croute - Braised Beef Cheeks, Roasted Butternut Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Fresh Horseradish, Buttery Pastry Crust; paired with Whiskey Acres Rye Manhattan - Whiskey Acres Rye With Sweet Vermouth and Bitters. Served Up, With A Cherry.
Course 5: Sticky Date Pudding - Sweet and Spicy Pecans, Bourbon Caramel Sauce"Bourbon Fizz" - Whiskey Acres Bourbon, Amaretto, Frangelico with a Splash of Club Soda Served in a Sugar-Rimmed Martini Glass.
