This fantastic dinner is held at the Community Room at Sycamore HyVee. Menu includes:
"Horse's Neck" Whiskey Acres Bourbon, Ginger Ale, Homemade Citrus Bitters, Lemon
1st course: Charcuterie platter; an assortment of cured & smoked meats, gourmet cheeses and an array of relishes, mustards and spreads served with baguette crostini.
Whiskey Acres Rye, Neat
2nd course: Avocado stacks; fresh avocado timbales filled with crab meat and topped with a tomato concasse served with parmesan tuiles.

3rd course: Chicken Española: tender chunks of chicken in a rich tomato, roasted pepper sauce served over herbed couscous.
"Midwest Margarita" Whiskey Acres Unaged Corn Whiskey, Cointreau, Lime Juice, Sugar.
4th course: Cider marinated duck breast: succulent duck breasts marinated in apple cider then grilled, served with duchess sweet potatoes and sautéed fresh green beans and peppers.
"Barn Door" Whiskey Acres Rye, Ginger Ale, Grenadine, Orange Bitters.
5th course: Mint chocolate mousse tartlet: creamy mint chocolate mousse in flaky shell served on a raspberry coulis.
